Matt Daniels
Physiotherapist
Matt graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of Leicester. With a strong sporting background in Rugby, having played both locally and at university level, he has developed a deep understanding of the physical demands sport places on the body. Alongside his playing experience, he also worked as Senior Physiotherapist for his local rugby club, supporting players through injury rehabilitation, recovery, and performance management.
His passion for Physiotherapy was shaped through both sport and personal experience with injuries growing up, alongside a continued love for staying active. More recently, his interest in endurance sport has grown through running, including completing his first marathon, giving him first-hand insight into the importance of rehabilitation, strength training, and injury prevention.
Alongside his clinical work, Matt has experience running his own sports massage business and has worked with participants at the London Marathon, helping individuals of all backgrounds manage injuries and optimise performance. He has a particular interest in sports injuries and helping people of all ages stay active, build confidence in movement, and continue doing the activities they enjoy long-term.
His approach combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation, tailoring treatment to each individual and working collaboratively to help clients achieve ambitious long-term goals.
