I booked an appointment with Achieve Health because I’d been having ongoing pain in my left shoulder and was seen by Rosie Nang. Rosie was brilliant from the start. She took the time to properly assess me, listen to what I was experiencing and work out where the pain was actually coming from. She used deep tissue massage and exercises to help release the tension, and I’ve already noticed a difference. I’d also been having some pain in my forearm, which I thought was tennis elbow, but Rosie explained that it was actually tense muscles and tendons. I’m really glad I mentioned it! What I appreciated most was that Rosie followed up with me a few days later to see how I was getting on. It was such a lovely touch and made me feel genuinely cared for rather than just like another customer. The treatments can definitely leave me feeling a bit sore afterwards, but I really enjoy my sessions with Rosie and feel like I’m in good hands. I’d definitely recommend Rosie and Achieve Health!

I first started visiting Lewis for treatment after damaging my calf in early May. Lewis was quick to diagnose a grade 2 tear and began a course of treatment .As I am in my 60s I was very concerned about my ability to recover from the injury, especially as I was due to go on a walking holiday in the Dolomites in mid August. From the outset Lewis reassured me that with regular treatment of the injury & rehabilitation strengthening exercises, I could achieve my goal. He was correct and I completed 4 wonderful days of strenuous mountain walking. I quickly saw the benefit of the deep tissue massage and noticed immediate and steady improvement as the sessions progressed. Lewis always listened to my concerns ( as a more mature patient) giving me realistic goals to achieve with the exercises. I would have no hesitation in visiting Lewis again if I sustain any other injuries & would wholeheartedly recommend him to others. In addition to being a knowledgeable & skilled practitioner, he is also a thoroughly nice chap. Thank you Lewis.

I had a really positive experience with Matthew for physiotherapy on my shoulder. From the very first session, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Matthew took the time to understand the problem properly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands. His treatment was tailored to my needs, and he was patient throughout the process. I noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder mobility and discomfort as the sessions progressed. What really stood out was Matthew's professionalism, friendly manner, and commitment to helping me recover properly. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist, particularly for shoulder problems.

Iv been coming to see Jezzie for a few weeks now and Im thoroughly impressed with the improvements Iv seen in myself. I initially lost all hope in ever having full recovery but her knowledge and push has restored my faith. She has carried out various treatments on me all have which contributed in the range and movement I now have in my leg and shoulder. She utilises each session to the fullest (various treatments and exercises) which is something that stands out for me. The clinic is also very clean and welcoming. I really am pleased I chose achieve health and mostly have Jezzie as my physiotherapist

I can’t recommend Jezzie highly enough. Within about five minutes of assessing me, she’d pinpointed exactly what was wrong, identified the true source of the pain (which I hadn’t even been able to find myself), located all the pressure points, and explained everything in a way that made complete sense. Most importantly, she put together a realistic treatment plan that I actually felt I could stick to. Yes, I had to stop running for a couple of weeks, but she gave me targeted strengthening exercises and practical advice on managing the pain while I recovered. Less than two months later, I’ve gone from not being able to sit comfortably for more than 30 minutes to being back doing leg and glute strengthening exercises and gradually returning to running with a structured, guided plan. What really impressed me was that Jezzie looked beyond the injury itself. She assessed my running gait and realised my trainers also needed attention. Today, she had me running my fastest kilometres in over a year—and I’m still not even fully recovered! If you’ve got a niggle, don’t ignore it. These guys genuinely know what they’re doing. I’m naturally quite sceptical, so it takes a lot to impress me, but I have been completely blown away by the care, expertise and results. Thank you, Jezzie!
