Sarah Kippax

Director of Achieve Pilates

Sarah has worked teaching exercise for nearly two decades and Pilates specifically for more than ten years. She is committed to making high-quality Pilates accessible to people with different levels of experience, confidence and physical ability.
Her teaching is detailed, encouraging and centred on helping clients understand how their bodies move. Rather than simply demonstrating exercises, Sarah explains the purpose behind them and uses precise corrections to help each person work more effectively.
During her career, Sarah has taught clients seeking to be strong and resilient for sport, return to exercise following injury and remain active, mobile and independent in later life.
Sarah has a particular empathy of how pain can affect confidence, energy and everyday life. Her own Pilates journey began following severe back pain and a debilitating breakdown of core strength after multiple pregnancies and Caesarean sections. Pilates enabled her to rebuild connection, strength and movement to become pain free. This experience continues to shape her approach as she recognises that those managing pain need patience, reassurance and carefully tailored instruction.
Sarah originally trained with STOTT Pilates and has since completed further study with TenEducation. She is continuing her professional development through in-depth training with BASI Pilates. This continued study reflects the Pilates philosophy of always been a student: there is always more to understand, refine and learn through Pilates.

Kiran Kaur

Senior Pilates Instructor

Kiran has worked across dance, sport and fitness for 20 years. Her teaching is shaped by the belief that Pilates should support what you want your body to do – whether that means training, playing sport, lifting weights or moving more confidently through everyday life.
Her own training combines strength and conditioning, gymnastics and Pilates, giving her a practical understanding of how strength, mobility and control work together. She uses Pilates to help clients build strong foundations, move well through a greater range and become more capable both in the gym and in daily life.
Kiran qualified to teach Pilates with ActiveIQ and is also continuing her professional development through in-depth training with BASI Pilates.

Mollie Crute-Morris

Student Pilates instructor

Achieve are delighted to welcome Mollie to the Achieve family. Mollie is qualifying through the BASI Pilates training pathway and will be working alongside the other instructors building practical teaching experience under appropriate guidance and supervision to meet the high standards required.
Mollie first experienced the value of Pilates while dealing with lower-back pain as a teenager. She later returned to Pilates to rebuild strength following the birth of her daughter. These experiences have given her a particular interest in helping people feel stronger and more capable in their bodies.
With a background in swimming and gymnastics, Mollie has also taught movement and exercise as a swimming teacher. This background has given her valuable experience in explaining physical skills, supporting different ability levels and helping people develop confidence through practice.

I’ve had appointments with both Alex and Emily at Edgbaston/Moseley and have been amazed by the improvement since beginning with them. They have been able to both relieve muscle pain/tightness whilst giving me a bespoke training plan to improve my future health. I would certainly recommend them.

I have been having treatment from Jezzi for for a couple of years now for different issues. She is able to pinpoint the areas causing the issues and work on them with long term plans to prevent them from reappearing. I have seen different physios over many years but I have to say her treatment is the best for me.

I have been going for physiotherapy at Achieve (Edgbaston) for over 4 years and continue to do so. I have seen Rickie, Jezzy and Mitzi. They are all great. Achieve was recommended to me and I have recommended them to others seeking out a physiotherapist. Definitely give them a try if you are looking for a physio.

I’ve been seeing Rick at Achieve Health over the past few months and he’s helped tremendously with my back pain. I highly recommend Achieve Health who provide a holistic assessment and a good mix of physical therapy with self-care advice to keep potential future issues at bay.

‘Highly recommending’ Achieve Health may be a massive understatement… I am currently seeing Rickie and Beth for Physiotherapy and deep tissue work and I am super impressed! Not only are they both immensely knowledge and professional, but the teamwork between them also means my sessions are specific, targeted and I am always aware of the steps needed in my rehabilitation, which I have not experienced at other physiotherapy establishments! Having a gym where they can show and watch my rehab exercises is also a massive plus for me! Thanks Achieve!!!!

Just over a year ago I decided to finally see a physio after 6months of back pain at 25! I couldn't stand up properly, sit down or lie down. I went to see Jezzie and she pretty quickly narrowed down the possibilities and got to work. Over the past year she's methodically brought me back to my best, something i've not felt for a few years, and offered plenty of exercises/workout plans to continue on my own. Now I go for maintenance appointments every quarter. Jezzie is conversational and knows her job and physiotherapy like the back of her hand, she has fountain of knowledge which puts me at ease as a client.
