Ella

Physiotherapist

Ella is a Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move with confidence, overcome injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Coventry University, she combines evidence-based practice with a supportive and patient-centred approach, ensuring every individual feels empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Movement has always been a central part of Ella’s life. From a young age, she has been heavily involved in dancing, a passion she continues today as an assistant teacher at her Irish dancing school. Working with dancers of all ages has given her a deep appreciation for the physical demands of performance and the positive impact movement can have on overall wellbeing. Through her dance school, she has also participated in numerous charity events and fundraising performances, reflecting her commitment to supporting the local community.

Ella has also developed a strong interest in sports physiotherapy through her work within football. Providing pitch-side support, injury management and return-to-play planning has allowed her to work closely with athletes and gain valuable insight into the challenges of recovering from injury while maintaining performance. These experiences have strengthened her enthusiasm for physiotherapy and helping people safely return to sport and exercise.

At Achieve, Ella enjoys working with people from all walks of life, whether they are recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to move better and live more actively. She is dedicated to helping patients build confidence in their bodies and achieve lasting results.
