Joe Chambers
MSK Physiotherapist
Joe graduated with a BSc in Sports Science before completing his MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham. With a strong background in tennis, having previously worked as a tennis coach and represented his universities at Men’s 1st team level, he has a deep understanding of the physical demands of competitive sport and the movement patterns required to perform at a high level.
Away from tennis, he also has an active interest in football and running that has given him a broad perspective on the varied movement patterns and injury risks across different sports. Having managed his own share of niggles and setbacks along the way, Joe understands firsthand the frustration of being sidelined and the importance of a clear, structured path back to full fitness. This has shaped his approach to rehabilitation, with a particular focus on restoring function and confidence in movement.
Joe is dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualised care, working closely with each client to understand their goals, lifestyle, and the specific demands of their sport or daily life. Whether supporting an athlete back to competition or helping someone return to everyday activity pain-free, he takes pride in building a recovery plan that’s tailored, practical, and built around what matters most to the individual in front of him.
