Rosie

Physiotherapist

Having earned a First-Class Honors degree in BSc Physiotherapy, Rosie is passionate about helping individuals overcome injury, optimise performance, and return to the activities they enjoy most with confidence. She adopts a patient-centred approach, combining evidence-based practice with clear education and tailored rehabilitation programs to empower patients throughout their recovery journey.

Alongside her clinical work, Rosie has a strong sporting background, having competed at a county level as a swimmer and participated in aquathalon events. Her experience in endurance sports has given her a deep appreciation of the physical and psychological demands placed on athletes, as well as the importance of effective injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.

She also has an extensive background in dance, which has provided valuable insight into movement quality, biomechanics, flexibility, and the challenges of performance. This experience has shaped her holistic approach to assessment and treatment, enabling her to understand the demands of both athletic and artistic performance.
In addition to her sporting experience, Rosie has worked within football environments as a physiotherapist, supporting players through injury assessment, rehabilitation, pitch-side care, and return-to-play planning. This hands-on experience has strengthened her clinical reasoning and enhanced her ability to manage a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries in both recreational and competitive athletes.

Known for her friendly, approachable, and compassionate nature. Rosie strives to make every patient feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their treatment. Her compassionate approach allows her to tailor care to help individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their goals, whether that is returning to sport, recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, or improving their overall health and wellbeing.
