As Clinical Manager and Senior MSK Physiotherapist at Achieve Health, Jezzie is deeply committed to helping people return to the lives they love — free from pain, confident in their movement, and empowered in their recovery. Whether supporting clients through injury rehab, post-surgical recovery, or the challenges of chronic pain, she blends advanced hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation and a truly holistic approach.

Her clinical skillset includes manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, dry cupping, injection therapy, and progressive rehab programming. But what truly sets Jezzie apart is her ability to see beyond the pain — treating the whole person, understanding their goals, and designing recovery plans that are as unique as they are.

She has supported professional athletes in returning to high-level competition, helped post-operative patients rebuild strength and independence, and worked closely with those managing arthritic or long-standing joint conditions. Her deep understanding of biomechanics, soft tissue recovery, and neuro-muscular pathways allows her to deliver consistently effective, personalised care.

In addition to her clinical role, Jezzie is also the Director of Achieve Aesthetics, where her passion for transformation extends into regenerative and aesthetic medicine. Through evidence-led, results-driven treatments, she helps clients restore confidence, enhance skin health, and feel their absolute best — inside and out.
