Alice

Clinical Lead

MSK & Trauma Specialist

Alice is Clinical Lead and one of the senior managers at Achieve Health. She brings over a decade of elite-level sporting experience, currently competing at National League standard in hockey and actively involved in endurance sports such as running. This first-hand experience in high-performance sport shapes her approach to helping patients return to the activities they love — whether that’s elite sport or everyday movement.

With a First-Class Master’s degree in Trauma Science, a BSc in Physiotherapy, and a military background, Alice specialises in managing complex musculoskeletal and traumatic injuries. Her areas of focus include pre- and post-operative rehab and recovery from injuries such as fractures, significant scarring, and amputations. She combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to manage both acute and chronic stages of recovery.

Alice also has a clinical interest in oncology rehabilitation, particularly in treating post-surgical and radiotherapy-related scars. Her advanced training in scar therapy integrates manual techniques with a detailed understanding of the fascial, lymphatic, and neuromuscular systems.

As a qualified Injection Therapist (MSc level), she offers additional support for pain and inflammation management. She is also highly trained in biomechanical assessment and lower limb optimisation, with expertise in prescribing fully bespoke 3D-printed orthotics. Her comprehensive MOT-style assessments are designed to identify movement inefficiencies and help individuals reach their full potential.

Alice is known for her advanced clinical reasoning, patient-centred care, and commitment to restoring not only function but also confidence and performance.
