Our classes are suitable for everyone – with our expert coaches guiding you through movements, adapting higher skill movements for your body and experience, you will always feel like you have achieved something in every one of our classes.
Exercise options for all – with a range of functional fitness classes & 1-2-1 bespoke training options, for everyone. Throughout the week we deliver expertly coached functional fitness classes which include weightlifting, high intensity interval training (HIIT), gymnastics and functional movements.
Functional Fitness Classes
Our functional fitness classes will prepare your body for anything. We incorporate major muscle groups and a blend of weight training, gymnastics and endurance workouts to drop body fat, gain lean muscle and skyrocket your fitness levels!
Weightlifting
In our weightlifting classes, our qualified coaches will take you through the fundamental skills of the two lifts; the snatch, and the clean and jerk. These explosive full movements will help you improve your power, speed and strength as well as helping your sporting performance.
Hiit/Sweat
High Intensity Interval Training has been shown to have incredible results for your fitness & results. This class is designed to get your heart pumping, your muscles burning and leave you feeling energised & fitter.
Gymnastics
We start right from square one by learning the fundamental principles of gymnastic strength training. The aim is to provide a strong foundation from which you can continue to progress towards more complex skills such as strict pull ups, muscle ups, handstands and beyond!
Mobility
Learn how to move better by increasing your joint mobility. We will focus on specific joints in each session, aiming to increase range of motion so you walk away moving freely.
Over 60s
Fully coached fitness classes for over 60s, specifically developed by healthcare professionals to help improve health, wellbeing, strength, balance and mobility.

The classes are a blend of vinyasa yoga, pranayama and modern mobility methods, designed to relax you, strengthen your body, improve your flexibility & balance.
