Support & Training:
We’re committed to your success from day one. New team members receive a comprehensive minimum two-week induction and training period, followed by at least two hours of one-on-one mentoring each week with our senior specialists. Our team also comes together every six weeks for group training sessions, followed by some well-deserved food and drinks. We believe prioritising the development and growth of our team is the key to building an impactful and successful business.

Our Diverse Caseload:
You’ll work with a wide variety of clients, from elite athletes to individuals of all ages with sports and non-sports injuries. We’re dedicated to providing premier league standards of treatment and rehabilitation to everyone. Our founder and MD, who worked in Premier League football under a renowned mentor, is passionate about passing on his knowledge and experience to our team.
Our Facilities:
We have four fantastic clinic locations across Birmingham & Solihull, complete with full rehab facilities and independent treatment rooms. Plus, you’ll enjoy free membership at our fully equipped functional fitness/Crossfit gym.
Continuous Learning and Advancement:
We are committed to your professional growth and offer training in various areas, including injection therapy, acupuncture, advanced soft-tissue and myofascial release, osteopathic & chiropractic joint manipulation, biomechanics, bespoke 3D printed orthotics, US imaging, strength & conditioning, and aesthetics.
Essential Requirements:
A positive attitude towards health & wellness
A strong desire for personal and professional growth
Excellent communication skills with perfect English.
Qualifications: BSc/MSc Physiotherapy Experience: New graduates welcome
Compliance: CSP, HCPC (or in process) UK residency and work eligibility
Desireable Skills:
Deep tissue and sports massage Acupuncture S+C Knowledge
(Not essential; training and development provided in all of the above, for the right candidates)
